  1. 14-Day Return Window: Aero Sensor Limited accepts returns within 14 days from delivery of the last item in your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product in its original, unopened packaging within this time frame.
  2. How to request a cancellation or return: If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you can request a cancellation.   3. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  4. No Restocking Fees: Unlike many other companies, we do not charge a restocking fee. The full value of your purchase, less any shipping or handling costs, will be refunded to you.
  5. Final Sale Items: Any items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or refund, unless the product is faulty. If you receive a faulty 'Final Sale' item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

This policy is in line with and respects statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the United Kingdom.
