Production Update – Full speed ahead on production development!

Now that aerosensor has passed the initial funding stage, we can now proceed with final design and production of our products.

We are delighted to share the latest sketches from our industrial design partner:

  • aerosensor features some minor cosmetic changes, including durable rubber buttons and USB port protector.

  • During our extensive testing phase we received lots of useful user feedback, and on aerobody we have worked on reducing the internal packaging considerably – allowing us to reduce the overall size of the product, plus a more aerodynamic profile.

  • The aerodrome prototype began life as an off-the-shelf rectangular case, however refinement of the design has allowed a more robust product. This, coupled with the reduced centre of gravity, makes it more suited to living on the ground and withstanding any knocks. The design has evolved into the bespoke injection moulded case seen below.

Keep an eye out for the latest on our software development, as we test at the Geraint Thomas National Velodrome of Wales later this month.
